Lovely place to stay. We had a room on the 15th floor with views of the river and out to sea. The pool was excellent and it is in a great location close to shops and cafes. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The place was good for a rest and for exploring.”

Highly recommended 2 queen bedroom apartment on river.
We (2 couples) recently stayed 2 nights in Apartment 48 on the 13th floor. This apartment provided two queen sized bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment, each with ensuite / close bathroom access with large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening onto balcony with views across river to ocean sandbar and across the town.
We chose the unit on the third floor which was really nicely appointed with 180 degree views. The main bedroom overlooked the estuary and over to Cotton Tree and the ocean. We just totally relaxed enjoyed the views, the paddle boarders with dogs balanced occasionally hopping off to swim alongside , kayaks, wind surfers, pelicans and a family of swans all contributed to the beauty of this stunning spot.
R&R at the Beach
Real nice 2-BR/2-BA units, each with balcony, 4 on each floor. On each floor, two units are directly over the mouth of the Maroochy River with views to the ocean, one has a 90-degree view of river and ocean, and one looks back to town. We have stayed in the front units twice, where it's very quiet and the views are great from almost the whole unit.
The neighborhood has so much within walking distance, on small streets, like restaurants (some with live music), groceries, shopping, a beach, and the Cotton Tree district. It's easy to walking post the Cotton Tree beach to the Alexandra beach and headlands - dazzling in the mornings and evenings.
Great location for a family stay We stayed here for a week as a family of four with daughters aged 12 & 13. Good value for money compared to a similar property on the Gold Coast. Spacious apartment with a gorgeous views of the river. Comfortable beds etc. Close to shopping ( Sunshine Plaza), restaurants, attractions. Lovely warm pool and spa. Good fishing off the wharf and the office have rods you can borrow if you don't have your own.
Its All About the Location, Location, Location.
We chose these apartments because of its location & (the photos of) the views from the apartments. Our apartment (No 25 on 7th Floor) faced the river with an outlook to the ocean and a side view of the river & other apartments. Across Duporth Avenue (on your doorstep) is a shopping centre and the side street, Ocean Street, is the restaurant strip of Maroochydore. Two doors down is the Duporth Tavern.
Top spot!
My husband and I have just come back from spending 5 nights in Maroochy and stayed at Northcliffe. We were on the 14th floor and had great views of the ocean and river. Loved the fact we could walk everywhere, most of our time was spent in and around the RSL as we were attending a Navy reunion. Our unit exceeded our expectations, could not find one negative about it.
Beautiful one day perfect the next!
All I can say is WOW! The main bedroom has ceiling to floor Windows which look out to the Maroochy river. The rooms are quite big and perfectly adequate. If you are not too worried about the age of the apartment then this place is for you. Grab a bottle of wine and some nibbles and you will never leave the balcony.
